friendly staff great location worn carpets small bathrooms

the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. the location was also fantastic. it was near a metro station, and I felt safe traveling alone. the rooms were clean and well kept.

the rooms showed in the photos are not the same as the rooms i was given. our rooms had worn carpets instead of hardwood floors. the bathrooms were small and need some updates.

uncomfortable bedding small room

The staff was helpful! They assisted with directions.

The room was much smaller than expected from the photos i saw. The bedding was also uncomfortable. I really could have used tea and coffee facilities in the room. The absence of a bedside table was annoying. I had to put my water glass on the floor.

charming stay near MARIENPLATZ

friendly staff comfortable bed

The hotel is in a quiet street close to Marienplatz. The room I had was elegantly furnished, and the bed proved very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. They readily assisted with directions. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning.

The room's temperature consistently reached uncomfortable levels. A fan did little to relieve the heat. I felt this detracted somewhat from the otherwise high standard of accommodation.

small room uncomfortable bedding

The room i got was a bit of a letdown! it was smaller than those photos suggested. also, the bedding was not comfortable at all. It felt quite cheap and scratchy. there weren't any tea or coffee facilities. that's pretty basic these days, isn't it? and to top it off, there wasn't a bedside table so i had to put my water on the floor.

building view unpleasant odor

the room i booked advertised garden views i was excited about nature. instead i faced another building it seems i was catfished. basic amenities seemed to be on vacation too no shower cap or kettle i guess i'll air dry and drink tap water. the toilet design was also a miss creating a persistent unpleasant odor it's like the room had a secret life.
